Ingredients

  • Mayonnaise 4 tbsp
  • Cucumber relish 2 pc
  • Onions chopped 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice tbsp
  • Parsley few leaves
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Method

  1. Blend all ingredients to a paste.
  2. Best served with seafood, fried chicken or meat.
